  1. How do I start a new order?

    Select the Buy/Add to Cart button on any product page within this site to begin a new order.

  2. How do I cancel my order?

    We offer cancellations only on products that have not yet shipped. Please contact Customer Service and have your order number available.

  3. What is your return and refund policy?

    If there is an issue with your order, please contact Customer Service within 2 days of receipt of shipment and refunds will be issued on a case by case basis. Please have your order number available.

  4. If I place my order today, when will I receive it?

    You should receive an order confirmation shortly. Please expect your order to be processed within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking number. The shipping time will vary from location and mode of transport depending on the product weight.
